Peter helped me and my husband purchase our first home in Medford, MA. He is very knowledgble of the market, the area, and what to look for in a potential new home. I called Peter after hearing a very good recommendation about him from a friend who had sold their home through him. Right from the first meeting I knew I was in good hands. We discussed what we needed to do to put the home in the best possible light to sell. He arranged to have a new roof put on seeing my existing one was 30 years old and in need of repair. It was done at a good price within a week as well as painting and electrical work that was needed. Peter did it all for me.
